Dancing the Parenting – Zoom Program – for Port Coquitlam Families

Dancing the Parenting is a program designed by Julie Lebel which welcomes families with children 0-5 yrs, who want to experience relationship-based dancing with their children. Join Sarah Gallos and her children, Julie Lebel and Isabelle Rousseau in this fun class for families. The registration is free, thanks to the support of the City of Port Coquitlam, but limited to 15 families.

The Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education inspired a creative process that introduces playful and creative exploration of developmental movement patterns through the engagement of parents into their own dancing just as much as the children.

This special edition is for Port Coquitlam families, thanks to the support of the City of Port Coquitlam, through their Community Cultural Development Investment Program.

The program will include an introduction meeting with parents only, Wednesday May 27 at 8:30pm, hopefully after children’s bedtime, so that we can start building community, review safety precautions, ask questions and move together a bit. Further, please take a moment to watch the short documentary posted below, before we start the program. Thank you!
