About the position:The bilingual candidate (French-English) will work closely with the Artistic Director, General Manager and Associate Artists to assist with our organization’s communications, programs, productions and annual reports, including organizing and managing documentation, organizing and following up on strategic planning meetings for the organization, communications to partners, etc. Also, the Assistant will work on managing our contacts and identifying new community partners and designing statistical surveys and reports and testimonials.
The ideal candidate is a student in communications, or dance, theater, visual arts, film or social sciences at college or university. The work will be done remotely (zoom, etc.) or in person depending on the health measures in place and the student will need to provide their own computer and internet access. The candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check. Finally, we are looking for a candidate with strong communication and teamwork skills who is very fluent with computer programs.
